Those Hispanitas are so pretty. I like the perforations and the t-strap.

Firecracker, I had the local store I work with order the AGL's so I can try them. I also tried these Hispanitas which are very comfortable. They are more covered than I want so I hope the AGL's work.

Staysfit, you wear AGLs, don't you? If you are considering nude, you might take a look at the AGL "Claire" that I got. I find them super comfy, and I have a slightly wide forefoot and narrow heel (and high volume foot, which isn't an issue with a low-cut pump).

I tried the SE 9's and they were too long but still dug into the sides of my feet and I worry about stretching them there. I think it may cause the shoe to weaken. I also tried Louise et Cie and had the same problem. Now I move on to find something else.

Carter, I think I'm going to try the Anne Kleins. You're right in thinking the printed pairt will go with a lot of my wardrobe. I really like those. I have been debating whether I should keep some similar classic pumps but the heels are much higher and they are very expensive. I like the shorter heel if I can get it. Not that I mind being 6 feet tall, or even taller!

I wonder if a nude shoe would work in place of white? There is a pair of Hispanitas that I like.

I had the same width issue with the Okalas - they were digging into the sides of my feet, and I'm not sure stretching would have helped.

Try the 9s and see, or consider whether it's possible to stretch the toe area out in the 8.5s.

These are great shoes if you have a narrow heel because they are the rare pump that stays on.

I am laughing wryly at Carter's suggestion. I would fly out of those babies no matter what. Love the look of sling backs but can not wear.

It's so interesting to learn what different fit issues we face; that has been one of my favourite things about this forum. Who knew? Ditto for climate issues.

These Anne Kleins don't have an ankle strap, but I'm loving them. I have all kinds of foot quirks, but these just work great for both feet:-) I wore them all day yesterday and they were great. I'm adding the floral pair in Finds as well because I think they'd be fabulous with all your beautiful S/S dresses. They are paler IRL than they are in the Find. I ordered a half size up so the pointy toe wouldn't be too harsh on my wonky toe.

I recently bought these Ann Kleins, the heel is 2 1/2", which is about as high as I can wear. It comes in nude and black. See forum topic

http://youlookfab.com/welookfa.....with-2-14-

..it's similar to the Sam E but has a closed back so less sandal-ish and more pump-ish. Also the ankle strap is a little bit narrower and the heel is a little thicker. I find them comfortable and plan to wear them this weekend.

I originally bought my usual 6 1/2 which felt ok but a little snug in the toe area so I ordered the 7 and it's much better. I have learned the hard way that if I think the toe area is too snug on a shoe to always try the next size up.

I tried the Sam Edelman Okala which similar to your Odynna just without the perforations. The heel was just too high but it was otherwise ok.

I'm looking for a closed toe white pump and like the look of the Odynna for summer because it's not completely enclosed, i.e. I like its sling back style, and that it has some perforations.

When I tried my typical size 8.5 M, the toe box stopped at the widest part of my foot and unfortunately digs into the side of my foot in a painful way. I wasn't sure I could stretch it out to fit. Does anyone know if it would be worth ordering the size 9? It's only the right shoe, and my right foot is slightly larger than my left. I'm worried they would be too large. (Here's where I need a size 8.5 for my left foot and a size 9 for my right foot!).

Any suggestions for similar shoes? I think I have a regular to high volume foot because I have very stiff high arches, but my heel and ankles are narrow.

I can wear heels, but don't like to go much higher than 3" for shoes I plan to wear to work. They are too impractical.
:-)

Thanks!
