I stand by that, although likely the sleeve length gets longer with larger sizes. FWIW, I'm just under 5'3" with a long torso and short arms; I do usually need the shorter armhole and sleeve length of petite sizes. If your closet has a mix of petite and regular sizes, and you wear a smaller size, I think you'll be happy with the sleeve length. If you&nbsp;<b>always&nbsp;</b>need petite sizes on top and wear a larger size, maybe the sleeves would still be too long.</p> <p>I don't find the jacket very stiff and I plan to wear it as both an indoor (typing at my desk) and outdoor topper.
