I love the look, I don't think they would be smart casual. I too, live in the Northwest, and think that they are so comfortable and good in the rain. I usually wear them with boot cut jeans. When I wear boots inside pants, I usually wear a lower height boot. I also wear skirts with knee high boots. And boots worn outside of skinnies is also very fashionable. Unfortunately, the boot that will fit your bare leg is different than the boot that will fit over jeans. So, you can't find one boot that will work in every situation. (bootcut dark jeans I think)</p> <p>I wanted some of my own! I am wondering if they are versatile and comfortable.</p> <p>They seem so practical for here in the west although I only go to the fair and rodeo once a year! </p>
