The polka dot would always need to be worn with a jacket over. </p> <p>One thought: the AP looks as if it is pulling a little below your waist in the back (compared with the back of the London Times frock). Luckily, this just a minor thing that no-one else has noticed , so you could certainly get away with leaving it as it is.
