Strangely, the 00 inseam is a perfect full-length skinny on me (I have very short legs for my height, around 29" inseam) while the 0 was a few inches too long. The rise felt fine to me in both sizes -- high rise but not absurdly high -- but I often don't have a preference in rise height between regular and petite size bottoms, mainly just for inseam.</p> <p>If you don't mind having to hem the length, I think the regular sizes are proportioned fine for petites. I definitely wouldn't size up.
