I have an ancient insert I inherited from mom. One problem is that stuff can fall out of even those.</p> <p>Then I also use the zipper pouches. It takes me seconds to change from one handbag to another, and, even better, I can easily limit stuff to only what I need for that day. I use one small pouch for grooming essentials and another for "city walking/first-aid" stuff. My keys are on a tiny citron pouch so they are easy to find even at the bottom of my handbag. Toss in my wallet and phone, and I'm out the door.
