Supposedly the biggest one I ordered was structured, but either they goofed my order or there's no difference I can see. All three I ordered are exactly the same - each has a nylon-covered piece of carboard (about 2 inch wide?) that inserts in the bottom to give it some structure so it can stand up (assuming you don't overload it too much.

My furla bag is one my biggest bag - it has a lot of structure itself. The smallest of the inserts does stay up straight in this bag and does not topple over inside it. It helps that when I am using this bag, I tend to also have inside it other items such as travel umbrella, bottled water, etc. But even without that extra stuff, the insert stays relatively put.

I have not tested out the inserts in my big unstructured bag yet. I'm guessing it would probably topple around in that one, but that bag is HUGE and has zero structure.

You got the structured one, right?

I didn't, and am thinking of getting a large structured one.

I love mine but could use the structure and a large one for bigger totes.

I don't have a specifically designed purse organiser like these. What I do is have a zip-up purse about 10*15cm that I move from bag to bag with me.

It contains the essentials that I need that aren't in my coin purse: cards that aren't used every day, a notebook & pen, protein bar, headache tablets, dental floss and lip balm. It zips up so you don't have to worry about things falling out - works really well for me!!

The one Shiny posted looks practical. I love the idea of a purse organizer and bought the "pursekit" (http://www.purseket.com/) last year, but after a few months threw it out. Since it was a strip that folds inside your bag, it didn't stay in place well and toppled over and stuff fell out; it just wasn't useful and I was still constantly fishing around for my things. The Chameleon looks better since it seems to mirror the shape of the purse, so there is probably much less of a chance that it moves around and has things fall out.

Oh... the only drawback: there are sections on the outside that supposedly should fit your lipsticks - I can't fit mine in them, not even my thinnest lip gloss. I think they work better for pens.

http://www.chameleoninserts.com (I think that's the right link) is the one I saw recommended here, and I bought three - one in each size. There isn't a lot of difference between the sizes. I am using the smallest, because most of my purses are smaller in scale since I'm petite. It works well with nearly every purse I own - even my largest Furla bag. Except for clutches. But if all your bags are oversized, I might go for the largest size.

I am loving this product - it really simplifies things and makes it easy to switch bags. You don't need a wallet - it has a velcro compartment for you cash. I am guessing after awhile the velcro will lose it's stickiness, so at that point I may get a wallet anyway (maybe xmas present - I've been hinting!). There would still be room for one.

I am giving the other two as xmas presents, the larger one for my sister and the medium one to my niece. My most fashionable girlfriend fell in love with mine, and just ordered one for herself too. She got the largest, sturdiest one because she's nearly 6 feet tall and all her bags are ginormous.

I remember someone mentioning she had purchased an organizer to make changing purses easier. I want to give one of these to my daughter-in-law and daughter-in-law to be for Christmas. Which one would you all suggest?
