I’m lukewarm in this area as you know. It’s got to be more tonal to work in my book – even when you’re 23. Otherwise the outfit looks like a fancy dress costume. I seem to be in the minority with this opinion though. </p> <p>So the Kate Spade outfits look fine to my eye for the most part. They are very sophisticated I guess.
