What a great casual outfit for a girls' day out!</p> https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/topic/purple-gray#post-1032608 Wed, 18 Sep 2013 02:55:17 +0000 Kari 1032608@https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/ <p>This past weekend, I met up with my mom and sister for a very fun girls' day out in the city. &nbsp;We enjoyed a delicious brunch, but the highlight of the day was a special show of The Sound of Music in 70mm film format. &nbsp;The theater, which has a very large capacity, was nearly full, and the mixed regular &amp; chocolate-covered popcorn was flowing. &nbsp;It was magical to share the experience with my mom, who had watched the film as a kid during its original theatrical run (multiple times) and my sister, as we'd grown up watching it together.&nbsp;I was proud of my fellow Seattlites for joining us. &nbsp;What a great way to spend a rainy and thunderstorm-laden afternoon!</p> <p>Here's what I wore that day - a casual outfit, for a change. &nbsp;Straight leg jeans, purple low slingback pumps, purple beaded disc necklace, gray and purple striped boatneck sweater with buttons on the shoulders, purple wire-wrapped cocktail ring. </p>
