Her darling, however, had signed up for a 5K - in fact something called a 'Kilt Run' - and was anxious to 'hit the gym' as he put it, and wanted her to come along for the ride. But what to wear? </p> <p>Our muse perused the gym schedule. She would join her darling for the program called 'Couch to 5 K'. There was a lane swim that coincided with the Kettle Bell class HE wanted to take, that didn't interest HER at all. She had always liked Yoga, and there were a couple of classes listed in the program. </p> <p>She glanced at the bouquet that had accompanied the news that they had a 1 year couples membership at the Y, and went to work. One needed to be dressed appropriately for the occaision after all....</p> <p>(I'm joining Rambling Ann, and will be posting a monthly exploration of capsule items inspired by a picture. I am inspired by my new specs with lavender and lime frames, as well as the Pantone colour of the year -- purple called 'Ultra Violet'. My first post for 2018 is motivated by New Years fitness resolutions and the fact that I need some new running shoes. And yes, DH did sign up for a Kilt Run, but no he did not bring me a bouquet.) </p>
