I would have ordered the larger size but think this one fits well enough to keep. </p> <p>I’ve put the XL Vince pullover in my cart. I’ll see if it works better. Cropped sweaters, or any cropped tops, tend to look short on me because I have a longer torso. No neck. It's suppose to be a little roomier and longer all over - (but you don't need to wear it as roomy as the model). This IS a cropped pullover, but the size looks short here to my eye. I bought bras, body lotion, fabric wash, nightwear, and gifts. I haven't been inspired by any footwear, unusual for me but perhaps fueled by the fact I love the footwear I have and don't yet need to replace anything. Not needing footwear freed up a big part of the budget for splurging on my favorite breed of knitwear: cashmere. My style is casual and laid-back with touches of interesting.</p> <p>Every year I seek out cashmere, looking for something different or special. I found two winners. I'm wearing old slacks and boots in the modeling pics (anyone who remembers me from past sales will also note the new mirror that allows me to take proper modeling photos).</p> <p>1. Vince Cashmere Oversize Sweater in Mulberry. Mulberry is a much-loved color that got worn-from-love out of my wardrobe -- and oversized sweaters are perfect winter wear. &nbsp;For both reasons, I pounced. I'm a big girl and the Large fit me. &nbsp;I love Vince quality and this sweater has that. The weave is substantial and super soft. The stiff price is justified (for me) because I have reason to believe this sweater will last. Every Vince cashmere sweater I ever bought still looks like new. This one is less special than some but I know I will wear it a ton.</p> <p>2. Equipment Dee Leopard Print Cashmere. I have never had a leopard print sweater and always rather wanted one. This one is gray, which is a huge plus because anything gold in color washes me out and causes people to ask if I've been ill. I wasn't sure if this would fit (never tried the brand), but... leopard print! And... it fits! Again, a Large. I really like it. Like, seriously like.&nbsp;</p> <p>And I grabbed up the following jacket on the first day of the sale. Ever since my knee replacements last year I am a walking fool and was on the hunt for a fun jacket to wear out walking. Visible color a plus.</p> <p>3. Patagonia Nano Puff Water Resistant Jacket. Vibrant IKAT Purple! I sure hope it fits. It has yet to be delivered, though is supposedly on its way along with the bras and other stuff. Could not do a Find because it is sold out in every color and the only image that comes up is blah gray.&nbsp; </p>
