It does leave my neck a little exposed unless I wear a scarf. However, I would love to have a puffer that did not have a puffy, stand-up collar. Maybe that's an oxymoron, but are there any puffer coats with collars that can lay flat instead of straight up around the neck? I understand the functionality of the collar around the neck, but it is so uncomfortable and static-inducing that I never want to wear the coat unless I have to stand outside in the cold.&nbsp;</p> <p>Perhaps that's the point? Maybe puffers are not intended to be worn unless one has to spend loads of time outdoors. Still, if I could find one with a collar that would lie down, I would be happy to wear it for more things.&nbsp;</p> <p>Any suggestions? My current coat is an off-white, and I am currently seeking a blue or teal puffer. But the collar is a deal-breaker, so perhaps I will have to go puffer-less. : ( </p>
