				<description>&#060;p&#062;Oh, a cycling cape!&#060;/p&#062;

&#060;p&#062;It can drape over your hands, too.  Check out the Parisian bicycle cop photo on this page:&#060;/p&#062;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I love the rain cover idea, it would be like what we call a poncho here which is a garment of fabric or plastic that has a hole for the head to go in and then just drapes.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I could totally see you looking super stylish (you ALWAYS look super stylish) while riding a beautiful bike for doing errands and just for fun, San.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;The rain covers really are quite handy indeed, we see them a lot over here.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Please everyone join the contest to win a beautiful bike.&#060;br /&#062;
I would love to ride a bike to the grocery store. It would have to be road safe and I would have to wear a helmet for sure. I would also invest in a rain cover such as I have read about here on YLF, and a cover to keep that out of the spokes. I love the idea of living life full of energy and endorfins from the excersise. When I read of the European way of biking everywhere I feel so jealous! At the age of 57 I am always looking for ways to get my excersise.
