I ended up liking my items but one I was originally unsure of, and when I went to see about returning it it showed &#034;unreturnable&#034; on my order info. which surprised me as it had only been a few days since I received it. I didn't bother to call because it was a $25 item. Too bad too because I do like some of their stuff.

hours. I still wouldn't order from them again, but points to their&#060;br /&#062;
customer service department for being so responsive and efficient.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;In case anyone is thinking about ordering from Aritzia, be aware that the return period is only 14 days. I found this out the hard way. Bought a coat (not cheap) and realized after I got it that it was way too long--I'd need a petite, which they don't have. Then I got sick, and so only got around to submitting the return request today. Turns out I missed the deadline by less than 24 hours. &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I didn't think to check the return policy because it's been a very long time since I encountered a major retailer with a return period of less than 30 days. They do allow returns for credit within 30 days, but I've already bought another coat that works for me. I don't have an extra $325 dollars to spend on clothes this month, so the money will come out of other things--things I had planned and saved for. &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;It's not the end of the world, of course, but it's safe to say I won't be ordering from Aritzia again. &#060;/p&#062;
