I don't have an in town store, but then again I don't have ANY in town stores, and if I order wisely I can make my returns on my trips to TO. I must say I'm thrilled with the prospect of in store returns. But it's strange because this revelation came after three days of back and forth emails with CS. I was p*ssed when I did an RMA for a $70 sweater and the invoice came back with a $25 "restocking fee" and no options other than DHL.  We do a back a forth for days about what I think about this new shipping system and then I get "we can do an RMA for an in store return".  And I say, "huh!".  But your documentation re returns says "no in store returns". I questioned why this option isn't given if available, why the documentation doesn't reflect it....no answer.  Asked why they don't disclose this "restocking fee" up front.  No satisfactory answer.  Very shady! Anyway, they say all Canadian stores are now set up for online returns....and they can do PayPal returns as well.  We shall see when I head over there.  Dianne....That's terrible!  I assumed my $25 restocking fee was standard but I guess they must charge differently depending on the purchase.  Mine worked out to 35% and way more than what I would have paid with Canada Post.  Wow! I was really dismayed with this change because my options for buying petites are fairly limited.  I'm not generally one to complain to CS but I was very vocal about this.  I feel badly for those who don't have a store as returns are going to be costly. I must say the shipping with Borderfree is fast and I like that Canada Post delivers it straight to my "wonderful community mailbox" (thanks Mr. Harper!). Marilyn on "PSA_J Crew Canada Returns" https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/topic/psa_j-crew-canada-returns#post-1578583 Fri, 30 Oct 2015 20:09:08 +0000 Marilyn 1578583@https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/ I just learned today that Canadian J Crew online purchases can now be returned in store.....for those of us who have a store.  This was news to me as their international shipping/returns page has not been updated to reflect this and neither has the documentation that comes with your order.  Apparently this came about with the change to Borderfree.  You have to email <a href="mailto:julie@jcrew.com">julie@jcrew.com</a> and request an RMA for store return. This came to light when I was voicing my displeasure with the new system for mailing returns.  They have to be done with DHL and it's $25.
