I didn’t word it well but it’s the possible return I’m trying to avoid. I once paid $20-30 to return a $70 blazer within Canada. I understand not every business has the free returns model, but it’d be nice if they negotiated a reasonable flat fee for their customers like Land’s End has. The walk-in Canada Post pricing can be quite blindsiding and even somewhat arbitrary. My poor kid once spent $15 bucks or so to send her friend a small present of jewellery at camp.
