				<description>&#060;p&#062;Gee, I'm sorry to hear all that!  I used the online function, accessed through the website.  All the customer service reps I've &#034;spoken&#034; with that way have been super polite and helpful, even if I didn't get the answer I wanted (i.e. x item was not going to be restocked, etc.).  In this case, I lucked out, because I was just hoping it was going to be restocked, and in fact, they found it in a brick-n-mortar store for me.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I'm glad that worked for you!  I just tried that to see if they could find the Frye boots I want, and they were completely unhelpful.  When I asked if the boots might be restocked or available in a store, the answer was &#034;I don't know.&#034;  LOL!  Gee, thanks.  He said they have no way of checking, which is obviously not entirely true.  Oh well.  I will call someone today.  Maybe I'll have more luck speaking to someone in person.

Sometimes they're all snotty and say &#034;If it's sold out on line, then we don't have it. Online shows the inventory in our stores as well.&#034;&#060;br /&#062;
Then I've gone to the store and they've immediately located the item!&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;But one time they did locate a supposedly sold-out item for me.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Bottom line: it's always worth a try.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I have been stalking and not-so-patiently waiting/hoping for the SW 'Adaptable' flat to come back in my size and decided to ping Nordie's customer service to see if that was likely.  The CS rep looked in the computer system which showed several stores which _might_ have the shoe.  She then called around to the store and (with my permission) gave them my phone number so I could place an order directly with that store.  Pretty nice service!
