I used the online function, accessed through the website. All the customer service reps I've "spoken" with that way have been super polite and helpful, even if I didn't get the answer I wanted (i.e. x item was not going to be restocked, etc.). I just tried that to see if they could find the Frye boots I want, and they were completely unhelpful. When I asked if the boots might be restocked or available in a store, the answer was "I don't know." LOL! Gee, thanks. He said they have no way of checking, which is obviously not entirely true. Oh well. I will call someone today. You're lucky- I've called customer service before with mixed results.<br /> Sometimes they're all snotty and say "If it's sold out on line, then we don't have it. The CS rep looked in the computer system which showed several stores which _might_ have the shoe. She then called around to the store and (with my permission) gave them my phone number so I could place an order directly with that store. Pretty nice service! </p>
