But sometimes they are just unbeatable. The weather has finally turned toward winter and I realized that I need a pair of comfortable casual shoes/boots that I can wear with thicker socks, so after some YLF trolling I was reminded of these. Found them on Amazon yesterday and have them in my cold little hands today. I absolutely love them. I love that they are sneaker-like but also interesting, but they don't make me feel like I am reaching too far down chronologically. (I really try to avoid looking or feeling absurd.)
