I was inspired by your original post to do a quick search on eBay (I wanted yellow velvet) and am pleased to report I found a really nice Eddie Bauer blazer that fits really well. My fit issue is my chest; I must have two buttons or any jacket will gape.&nbsp; I have short T Rex arms too, but I can always ask for that measurement up front.</p> <p>Blazers are the hardest item of clothing to fit, in my opinion. So many elements to consider: shoulder width, chest, length of sleeve and torso. Below are two that I bought this year from J. Crew and Boden that ticked all the boxes (for um, a price). See how the sleeve is the same length as the hem in the J. Crew pic? I think maybe it was meant for a straighter body shape, not a pear, and it's definitely for a slightly taller petite than me. So if you are 5'4" ish and one of the other body types it might work for you. The colors are almost iridescent, which makes them very festive although I'm not sure I personally like it. Back they go. It is sized&nbsp;for the 5’4” or petite, not for me at 5’1”. With the right shoulder sizing, the waist button placement is just&nbsp;a little too low &nbsp;and pulls when buttoned because it’s sitting a few inches below&nbsp;my waist where I'm wider. The largest petite sizes from Boden, JCrew and even sometimes Banana Republic are just a bit too small for me, but the Macys' store brands come in slightly larger sizes. INC is one of the Macy's store brands, with what I find to be&nbsp;quite acceptable quality given the relatively low prices. </p> <p>I ordered this&nbsp;in <b><i>hunter forest and port</i></b>, to see which color I like better. I'll review it once it arrives. </p> <p>It also comes in black and purple. The price has dropped since I ordered it two days ago and Macy's does price adjustments so I'll be requesting one. FYI the form you fill out is not easy to find on their web site, but if you do a search on "price adjustment" it pops right up.</p>
