Used Lancôme (IIRC) primer ages ago, glad for the reminder to give primer or conditioner another shot. I do my own tinting, will not let a cosmetician or hairdresser do that again. It's been around a long time, and it's one of my must haves. I was told by my hair stylist that lash tinting is unsafe and illegal. So, now I prime my face AND my eyelashes.  :)
