Even in a photo, the texture of the fabric looks luscious. Let us know if you order it! </p> <p>I’m really hoping a size down in the trench will solve the sleeve problem while not being too tight in the shoulders. It’s such a lovely piece, I don’t mind altering the size L I have, if it comes to that.</p> <p>The dress is the real wild card. It was a beautiful fit through the shoulders and chest, but uncomfortably tight just below the bust, where the first button is. Sizing up may solve that problem, but create bagginess above. Because i have limited opportunities to wear dresses (the few I have are all summer dresses), I’m not willing to spring for alterations. I have learned to be very selective in having garments altered! I looked in one of our now very few department stores, called David Jones, an Australian import. It has lots of brands including ones I have only ever otherwise seen on YLF! They (Trenery brand) did have 2 beautiful tops in that similar golden brown colour which they have called “cognac”. The tops would tone really well with my patterned pants and my cardigans and some boots, shoes and sandals I have. One was XS and one was XL though, neither my size I think.
