I was a little surprised when I found out it was new customers only. I wanted to get some stuff for my husband and sons as well. However, when you order, Everlane leads you through what is available. What you can order is limited..not everything offered on the site, only a few best sellers. I couldn't get a few things for me and a few things for DH. I had to chose womens or mens.<br />And, like you, I immediately thought of the cable and phone companies. They have no customer appreciation, so I&nbsp;am not at all loyal..I switch to whomever is offering the best deal.&nbsp;<br />That said, the Everlane promotion worked for me. I have looked at their web site several times but never pulled the trigger. Since they don't have a B&amp;M presence, I've just been reluctant to experiment on my dime. With this promotion,&nbsp;I really like the fact that I'm not charged and then refunded. I get tired of chasing refunds.&nbsp;<br />Hopefully, this promotion is successful and Everlane decides to expand it.&nbsp;<br />I did notice that shipping is free for 2 items and exchanges are free. That is a better policy than a lot of online retailers.&nbsp;<br />And yes, by all means let them know that you disagree with the new customer only restrictions. Small person here (5'3" 115 so not teensy just small), and the S tees swim on me. The XS is OK, and they now offer an XXS (but don't list it on the size chart?!). </p> <p>One good thing is they state what the model is wearing e.g. "model is 5'9" and wearing a small" (and it is roomy on her...) but this gives you an idea of the length on a not-5'9" person.&nbsp;</p> <p>What I like: My tees (v-neck) have worn well, look fine. They're not magic, but better than paying $$ for, say, James Perse. The color palette (of most of their products other than black and white) tends to be hues that don't flatter me/make me look sallow. So: mixed for me.
