Have you ever tried the Nordstrom ones in the Junior department? Or even the ones in the Misses department? Neither have shelf bras. The Junior ones have more cotton and are only $12 and don't ride up on me. I'm a Petite, but I like the ones in the Misses over the Petites because the Petite ones are too short for me, but even with the adjustable straps, I won't get them at $19 (full price) because they don't fit me quite as well as the Junior ones; I only buy them on sale (which generally means under $10) if there's a color I like.

Interesting, thanks for the tip. i gave up on shelf bra camisoles a few years ago, and go for tanks with a strap wide enough not to show my bra underneath. I think they look more proportionally pleasing than spaghetti straps on me anyway.

I think it's travelsmith that makes camisoles with a built in underwire bra; haven't tried them myself.

Go ahead and laugh, but I find basic camisoles a HEWI.

They ride up, or they're too tight in the chest or too loose below the chest, or whatever ... and most of them have shelf bras. I don't mind shelf bras in theory since they smooth out bra lines, but most of them hit me mid-boob, and ... no. Just no.

White House Black Market has camisoles with a shelf bra that is both generous enough and stretchy enough to hit in the right spot. They're a smidge expensive, but they work!
