Three weeks after buying TR Originals jeans, I had a mishap and needed to replace. Promptly went to store, only to learn that the Originals line is discontinued. The new jeans in the same style are made of much thinner fabric, and cut differently. Apparently TowerBrook is trying to position TR as higher end, alongside (according to SA) Gucci. </p> <p>Called around hoping some store would still have the very non-Gucci but fab-for-me jeans. Finally found an SA who was able to work some inventory voodoo and order them for me. No discount, of course. Haven't received them yet, so I'm only mildly optimistic they'll be the same thing. </p>
