The shoe is low at the side yet centrally the camp is so high the flare of the pant leg covers it. I would want to see it with a uniformly high vamp (sneaker or oxford) or low like a ballet flat, and then think again. I suspect I might still find them on the short side. But in my life I'm unlikely to wear them much longer.
