What do you usually prefer? I'd choose jewelry depending on that, I think both would go well with the dress. Maybe not super shiny silver or gold, I think the green velvet calls for some more matte metals. Think antique jewelry - maybe not the style if that isn't your thing, but when it comes to materials. I'd also go the more matte/luxe route for a sash, so no shiny satin and bright sparkly rhinestones, but matte texture, pearls, embroidery... Have you ever embellished clothing before? If not I wouldn't recommend using an expensive dress as your first attempt. But, you could add a sash or belt and embellish that instead. Or wear sparkly jewelry.
