For myself, a simple neckline in either a darker or bluish- tone to bring out eye detail and have contrast. I am thinking a blazer, good makeup, you could add some colour with a scarf or top under the blazer (or not) and a smile:). For some reason the photo session&nbsp;are always on the day when I am looking a fright. My work is now using photos on everything so I keep popping up in a pink floral number and no lippy - not the professional but approachable look I am after! I haven't found anything on YLF archives on guides for these work shots except Angie's comment week or so ago about heavier makeup. I guess I need a jacket collar; I tend to wear black so should go with that etc. Any advice most welcome! </p>
