If you're not a card member you have to wait until the sale opens to the public.</p> <p>They recommend an appt but it's not required. You would make an appointment with your favorite sales person, or any sales person really. I did read through several of last year's posts, so I'm starting to get an idea of how it works but could use some clarification.</p> <p>I am confused by "pre-sale" -- do you get to purchase then, or just look? Do you need to make an appt -- and if so, with whom? (we would want to shop in a couple of different departments) <br />How much of this can be done online?&nbsp;</p>
