I guess if you want to compare across sites, for example Amazon and Zappos, opening the browser tabs will do the trick. I was hoping there was some site/service that would do it for you but I guess I am almost there with my manual stalking habits, haha.

I will check out the links you guys gave me here. Thanks for the input!!!

I second camelcamelcamel for Amazon items (although turn it off once you buy or you will kick yourself for spending $6 more :)

A list with links is helpful, but like Diana I put things in my cart and check if I'm really stalking. Some sites will send you a reminder you have things in their cart, some might even make an offer to help you purchase (free shipping or discount). I try to limit my online shopping to certain stores and am subscribed to their emails for sale and coupon notices. Even then I might miss something.
slickdeals.net has all hot deals, if you're looking for general stores that are running good promotions.(but there is a lot of junk there too and it's not for the most fashion savvy)

Generally speaking I will only seriously stalk if I can save the item in my shopping cart; then it's easy to just look at my saved items once a day or whatever. Amazon is the best for this- it tells you at the top of your cart whether any prices have changed!

I do have some saved searches on eBay as well for long term stalkage. They send you an email if anything new that fits your search terms shows up.

I have a bookmark folder called "STALK" - and I just open it to "all tabs" once in awhile to see if my goodies I'm "stalking" have changed in price.

Honestly, my new favorite store only runs sales right before they clearance out an item.

That said, I have heard good things about camelcamelcamel.com if you shop amazon.

Hi YLFers, happy Friday!

I know there must be websites out there that do it for you, but how do you keep an eye on prices to know when something has gone on sale? I find myself constantly manually checking different websites for price changes, but I know there must be a better way.

Please tell me the secret (and sorry if this is such a newbie question!)

Thanks!
