For socks, I toss ones that are no longer soft, are stretched out and those that have thin spots as well as those with holes. I had collected cute ones for so many years, so I got rid of the less cute ones, and some of the ones that didn't have clothes to go with them. It gives your body time to adjust and many studies show that it may be easier to maintain the loss if it is gradual. Well almost still have my socks ( Rachie can you come help!) And my exercise gear But everything else is pretty well edited and sorted. 1) is what is going out ! I thought about trying to sell some but I just don't have the energy and I don't give away as much money as I feel I should so I will be donating the clothes and shoes. And ledonna's post a while back resonated with me ! 2-4- my main closet . I still want to get better show and handbag storage I am going to work on that but this is ok for now This is the biggest closet I have ever had . It is really quite fun ! 5) I am lucky to have two closets right now so my off season and holding zone are on this small closet Truly I would like to edit even further but as I am really trying to change my eating and exercise habits I feel like I need more options as I don't know what my body will be like over the next year or so .( I am going slow .. That is my pledge to myself ... No more yo yo dieting !) Thank you to you all who cheered me on , gave such helpful advice and did it along with me ! I can't tell you how helpful it was ! Xoxo
