I had another Obgyn visit this afternoon. Blood Pressure is 110/70. Best most amazing reading ever. Dr was shocked. Nugget is healthy and happy with a strong heartbeat. I was in active labor with contractions. Oh that was a pain. Literally lol. Baby Nugget decided it was gonna be another test run. I think she thinks the hospital and Dr's office are her safe space. </p> <p>She settled down and went to sleep. If i don't make it to induction day which is in a week April 2 she will or might be ready sooner. I have a full day on saturday. It's my last hoorah before baby comes. I hope I make it through. </p> <p>I feel like chicken litte. The story is he kept crying the sky is falling the sky is falling. That's what i feel like when i go to labor and delivery.</p> <p>Sisi- America does not have a Nation wide standard for health care. I'M NOT GOING TO COMPLAIN. I've taken a 3 week vacation and then after baby is born i will have 12 weeks of maternity leave. God forbid a c-section it will be 18 weeks. The company I work for has a great maternity leave policy. I will get full benefits and pay while out. My sister is a teacher for the public school system they are given 12 weeks but NO pay. Lol</p> <p>Bed rest for me is not as bad as it sounds. Dr wanted me to be safer than sorry. No 2 hr driving to and from work everyday. That was my major stressor. I can be outside of bed as long as I listen to my body and take it easy. </p> <p>I really have not been anywhere except for church on Sunday mornings. I'm so thankful and happy that I can enjoy the last bit of my pregancy journey to include preparing for baby nugget to come into the world peacefully. </p> <p>Deb no problem with sounding like a mom.
