All is looking good at this stage. We think he may come and stay with us for a bit to relax and remain stress free as he recuperates - we live in a regional area away from the hustle and bustle of Melbourne:). We have had news that our friend is doing well. The main artery to the heart was 90% blocked. The put in a stent (?) and he is to remain in hospital for the next 5 days where I am guessing they will decide a course of action.
