They look very much like a flowy skirt, so they aren't really culottes and not really palazzo pants, either.</p> <p>The issue is that they're long enough that they must be hemmed so I don't walk on them, but what is the proper length? I'd like to be able to wear them casually with flat shoes as well as occasional low heels, but I don't want to look like a dust mop, so I probably don't want them the length of full length pants or a maxi skirt. Do I go just above the ankle? Tea length? </p>
