I was thinking about it looking like a conservative men's tie, here. My next plan is more bandana style, with a mariner stripe t shirt.</p> <p>Gryffin, the official blazer color is oyster but it is pale grey. It's rather long on me. I am 5'4" and I probably should have worn this outfit with heels (if only I had bright green ones) since to be frank the jacket makes me look a little short. I almost didn't keep it for that reason, but I really like the non-oversized fit in the shoulders and the way it drapes (it's a good light weight for summer), so I kept it. If you're really interested I can take a pic where the jacket is not covered by my bag. I have always been a scarf person, but when I came across this silk garden print scarf, it played right into that article I posted about scarves being the new "power accessory for women." This is not a power outfit but it's the kind of thing that could be casual Friday work, out shopping, or just about anything. In this case it was out to lunch at Burdick's restaurant in Walpole, NH for my husband's birthday.
