In my mind, a crisper, less sheer blouse might be a better choice so the softness of the scarf has a foil. I know it’s tough to find crisp and collarless in the same garment. So could you stand a heavier layer under the jacket for work, such as a very fine merino shell or classic sweater tee? That would also add some structure and serve as a good background for the lovely scarf. In combination with the volume of the sleeves it makes the fit look a little off.</p> <p>I think you'd be better off with a more classic cut shoulder seam.
