By the picture, #1 is more orange; #2 more blue-based. This is really a personal matter. For me, it would have to be #2, as I don't do orange well. Maybe I'd do it in a bag-- but a fun trendy inexpensive price point, not an investment one. How do you feel about the red of #1? Have you seen it in person? I personally prefer the second one because it is a better red for me and I find that bags with a structured bottom and less structured top to be comfortable and convenient for access.
