There is usually snow on the ground, and people either drive or walk to the banquet hall&nbsp;where the party is held.&nbsp;Standard attire is probably nice slacks and a sweater. &nbsp;What do you think regarding the&nbsp;color, degree of formality etc.? Is it too bright or just right?&nbsp;I like this Ann Taylor dress with a topper because it give me more waist definition and hides the belly pooch; I would not wear the dress on its own.</p>
