It just doesn't feel right to me. If I don't have belt loops, the belt slides up right under my breasts, which is not a good look. I love the jeans, and I think you can also roll the hems on the black pants, and you can mix and match these tops with these two bottoms. As for the footwear, I like the openfooted booties better over other options (#1 and #2), so again, I would try to mix and match them with the outfits above. Both tops can be half-tucked, so maybe a belt? I would also choose long earrings and maybe some bracelets (I don't wear them myself, so I am hesitant to suggest some to you) over necklaces.
