Yesterday I wore a crisp white shirt but with a midi skirt, low heel&nbsp;boots&nbsp;and a French nautical inspired thick cardi. So the collar was down. However the same outfit minus the cardi and with heeled shoes&nbsp;and &nbsp;I would have popped up&nbsp;that&nbsp;collar &nbsp;for sure.</p> <p>One thing I avoid is to pop up polo shirt's collars. Too eighties for me. Brings back too many memories I'm not sure I want to revisit, not in fashion anyway.
