Normally I err on the side of sizing down with Kut jeans, but these were too snug in that size. I could have reordered a size up but since I'm still losing a bit of weight I decided just to return. If you want the legs to be looser, I'd go up a size from your usual Kut size. They are great for traveling, and i just wore them last week to fly to and from Nova Scotia. I find them TTS (usually a 6 or 8 in Kuts and 8 is just right).
