Ponte knits can be made out of various fibres.</p> <p>That happened to me with a top a while back. I washed it in the delicate cycle, hung it to dry and only then found the label saying Dry Clean Only. It was fine. I suspect you can probably do the same thing. Oops!</p> <p>I did notice some shrinkage but that was welcome since these are regular sized and I'm petite.</p> <p>So, can I continue to wash and wear (maybe hang dry), or would you all recommend just dry cleaning only, from now on? I'm a total newbie when it comes to ponte knit.</p> <p>Thanks! </p>
