It was on Angie's top-puffer picks this past winter. It is the warmest thing in the world, and super comfortable too. I took out the "inner" fur and just left the fur around the hood and I think it's a good look. For me it's definitely more for function than fashion, but for function it's top-notch (I'm in Chicago). I pulled the back belt in all the way to give it a bit more shape, too. Of those I ordered, #1/2/3 is the only contender. The thing is, do I really NEED a new puffer? #4/5 is my old LE puffer - I'm getting a bit tired of the brown and it may be a bit on the big side. My old coat is a SP. The new contender is a XSP (altho honestly, I think the sizing has changed a bit).</p> <p>Is the new coat that much better in terms of fit and color that I should keep? The color is not as shiny as the flash makes it seem IRL (see #3 for natural light).</p> <p>Thanks. Oh, and remember I live in puffer-land (Minnesota). </p>
