Black is notoriously difficult to photograph; sorry. The knit has a lot of body with a bit of sheen so this is a flat black and not a deep black. To my eye it is very forgiving without being sloppy. This is XXS/XS which is my usual size. It is still available in S/M and L/XL.</p> <p>I also just ordered the gray long sleeve polo dress because, well, gray. It looks to be a trickier fit. </p>
