I think it's about a penny on the dollar or something like that. Sometimes you can get bonus ebay bucks by paying on certain days ,purchasing from certain sellers/ merchant offers ( netflix for example ) . I'm signed up for the program but they used to pay out even if it was change ( handy for reducing shipping on occasion ) but they changed that to a $5 minimum redemption requirement.
