However I've had some luck with the Express Columnist (sizes are inconsistent between styles and colors) and the Banana Republic Factory Jackson pants. Loft Julie trousers are the only work pants I've found in the past couple years that fit off the rack.&nbsp;</p> <p>You might also look on ebay for Banana Republic trousers in Jackson or Martin fit.
