A little leather conditioner, the hair dryer, and some elbow grease seem to have helped. </p> <p>Linda, the little black pug is Tippi! The dogs are always nearby while I'm getting showered and changed. :-)</p> <p>I've gotten a compliment on my outfit from a very fashionable man in the Coach store. So that's nice. Dab on the inside at the spot where it is rubbing you, it needs to be fairly wet. Then with the back of an old spoon, or similar,&nbsp;rub across the spot. I stopped and did my civic duty on the way to the bike trail, got an hour's ride in, and did some cleaning up stuff around the house and yard. </p> <p>Then I cleaned up to go run a few errands, stop in the studio for a while, and go to a camera club meeting tonight. So I'm debuting the floral sweater that Una, Diana and seemingly everyone has! It popped back up at Nordies in a M, on sale, so I pounced.</p> <p>I tried this with distressed BF jeans first, but the distressing and the bold floral together were too ALGO for me. I think this works better. I have at least four shirts that work well under this sweater (and of course it's quite wearable by itself), and at least five of my jackets work with it! With the bright coral top underneath, I liked the navy jacket best. </p> <p>Sweater: Halogen<br /> Jeans: Paige<br /> Coral silk blouse: Madewell<br /> Boots: Hinge<br /> Navy leather jacket: Vince</p> <p>I'm still working on the ankle rubbing issue on these boots -- I bent and worked the leather a bit to soften the stiffness, and it seems better. I'm also tying out a double insole. Wish me luck! </p> <p>Feedback always welcome. </p>
