Just posting now because I expect a busy day tomorrow. I thought I would show you all the different things I did with the base set over the course of the day. Plus gear.</p> <p>Base outfit:<br />Grey Emerson Fry cotton cardigan<br />White Emerson Fry hemp v neck jersey<br />Black coated Madewell moto jeans, have them for a little shine in the outfit.<br />Red and white Tory Burch scarf</p> <p>6:30 am - picture 1. Heading out for carpool drop off. White coach driving loafers.</p> <p>11:30 am - picture 2. Morning run. Nothing the same as base: Patagonia fleece (I should have known better than&nbsp;to get white when it's deer hunting season because now I'm a little nervous passing the woods); Nike track pants, Patagonia striped jersey, no shoes because they are too dirty to come in the house.</p> <p>12:30 pm - picture 3. After shower.&nbsp;Added a black and white Tory Burch belt and some gold jewelry. And Rebecca Minkoff&nbsp;boots, which have a zip in the front that picks up on the pant zippers.</p> <p>12:45 - picture 4. Quick errand out.&nbsp;Added black Theory blazer and burgundy Cole Haan tote.</p> <p>4:00 - picture 5. Afternoon walk with Reed. Changed to Merrell boots and white Athleta vest.</p> <p>I'm pleased with all the transitions, but am still bemoaning that I haven't found a white blazer. Now that it's getting cold, I think I'm going to look for a blazer style coat instead, so that I can fit sweaters under more easily. </p>
