Fall is finally showing up around here.</p> <p>Today's post features some thrifty fall finds. First up, my Aquatalia equestrian boots that I scored on eBay for $60. They were barely worn, but a buckle had popped off the strap. A trip to the cobbler and $7 later they are good as new. Tall equestrian boots are an essential for me, so I'm really glad to have a "new" pair in my closet.</p> <p>The statement piece today is a thrifted floral blazer. I really like pattern and color in general, but I am trying to be more specific in my preferences. After looking at many, many options in stores and online I finally determined that I prefer high contrast and large scale florals, especially prints with a good dose of white, black, or blue. This knowledge helped me pass on many less than perfect options. I ended up with this steal of a jacket and the Ted Baker print sweater Angie featured this week. I'll try to do a wiw with that one soon.</p> <p>Thanks for looking! Feedback is welcome. In particular, does the pink top look ok, or should I have stuck with black? </p>
