Brainstorming on it revealed that I have more classics/icon that I would have thought...and that most of them relate to a french countryside / mountain heritage way of life (which seems appropriate). First of all almost the same as LJP : I gifted myself a classic Barbour Bedale jacket for my 18th birthday, and I still have it today even if I don't wear it very often (I don't even have a Find for it).  I also feel like Panama hats fits in there. I have both the iconic, original offwhite one with the black band and novelty versions. Then, a handful of shoes/boots - mostly utility ones : - Palladium desert boots, but mine are a remastered version with a side zipper. - More niche, my garden boots are Le Chameau "Vierzon" (no Find for them either). - And even more niche, the "1907 Megève" winter booties by Rossignol, that were not created in 1907 (the brand was). I'm not sure there is even an "original" version, since they undergo regular re-interpretations. EDIT : I created Finds for the jacket and boots. I first bought them probably in 2010. I’m now on my 3rd pair. The last one is not equal to the original. Close but there are some shortcuts. Still good, though. This trapezium-shaped bag was crafted from washable nylon canvas, a nod to the innovative and lightweight nylon luggage spearheaded by Longchamp in the 1970s, and equipped with a zip, two leather handles, and a snap-closing flap. Most notably, it could be reduced to a fraction of its size by three simple folds, making it transportable #2 Converse started making an early basketball shoe in 1917 and redesigned it in 1922, when <a rel="nofollow" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chuck_Taylor_(salesman)">Chuck Taylor</a> asked the company to create a better shoe with more support and flexibility. After Converse added Taylor's signature to the ankle patch they became known as Chuck Taylor All Stars #3 Parkhurst  Basque beret has been crafted in Parkhurst’s manufacturing facilities in Canada since 1926. I have some other classic items: Levi’s 501, Tilley Iconic Bucket Hat, LL Bean Utility Jacket - however they have all been ‘remastered’ in some way, allegedly to make them ‘better’.  I suspect there are some OG Birkenstock styles.  Maybe Clinique ‘Black Honey’, and Maybeline ‘Great Lash’ (pink tube) mascara (unchanged since 1971) fits the archetype category? Do you count any OG garments or fashion items that you can reliably source that have remained unchanged since they were conceived?  What do you most wish was still available or in it’s original formulation? </div>
