They are plenty roomy and do run a bit large. I love them. The sleeves don't do anything bad at all. I even tried tacking a little stitch and ended up removing it and sending the blouse back. But I don't hear others complaining about that. This one looks like it's got more sleeve room, so it could be OK on you.
